Connect Africa South Africa formally launched at an event sponsored by Vodacom at their very smart HQ – Vodaworld.<\/p>\n
After an interesting run-up to the event with our 6m antenna mast mysteriously disappearing off the van on the trip down from Mokopane and a rear wheel being “destroyed” the day before the event (our first mishaps in over 8 weeks of operations) we finally got the vehicles ready for show.<\/p>\n
With over 60 attendees it was great to get all of our sponsors, and some new prospects, together for the first time.<\/p>\n
We also previewed a 5 minute DVD featuring Connect Africa “in action” that certainly proved popular.<\/p>\n
It was a great success!<\/p>\n
